Organisation membership and status field definitions

Membership
Member - anyone in the organisation. Sees every plant it reaches at Viewer, and receives those plants' notifications, but cannot change them.
Member since - the date the person joined.
Org admin - the Members-list badge, Admin or Member. An Admin manages members, invitations and the organisation's plant access, and is the only kind of person who can give a member more than the Viewer floor.
An org admin also holds the organisation's own level, at full strength, on every plant it reaches. There is no way to make somebody an org admin for member management only.
Invitation statuses
Pending - sent, not accepted, inside its 48-hour window; can be resent or revoked.
Accepted - the person clicked the link and joined. Final.
Expired - the 48 hours ran out, or an admin revoked it; the two look identical. A new invitation to the same address reuses and refreshes the row.
Organisation statuses
Active - works normally; members see its plants.
Inactive - switched off by SolarMD. Members stop seeing its plants and anything handed out through it stops; membership is kept, so reactivating restores everything unchanged.
On a plant's Access tab
Organisation - the source line on a row whose access belongs to a company, followed by how many members inherit it. It shows the most the company could give, not what any member holds.
Org grants - the admin-page tab listing the plants the organisation reaches and its level on each. This is the ceiling on everything it can hand out.
What each change does
Accepting an invitation - the person becomes a member at Viewer and the row flips to Accepted.
Removing a member - everything given through the organisation ends on every plant, including their org-admin right; access in their own name is kept.
Revoking the organisation's access to a plant - every member loses sight of it, and anything handed out on it ends, unless they also hold access in their own name.
Making or revoking an org admin - the person is notified in the app; what they can do changes within about 30 seconds.
Deactivating the organisation - everything stops for every member, and returns unchanged on reactivation.
Reading these in the wild
"Why can I see this plant?" has two possible answers: access in your own name on the plant's Access tab, or membership of an organisation with access there.
