Accept an organisation invitation

The invitation email

Subject: SolarMD Organisation Invitation. Please DO NOT Reply. It names who invited you and the organisation, and carries one Accept Invitation link.

Click the link rather than copying part of it. A partial link gives Invalid Token! Do not copy this link.

If you already have an account

Signed in, or remembered on that browser: the page names who invited you and to which organisation, and shows Accept. Click it, and you land on My Organisations.

Signed out: sign in with your Username, Password and Remember me, then accept.

If you do not have an account yet

1. On the sign-in panel, click Create new account. It only appears when no account already uses the invited address; if one does, sign in with that account instead.
2. Fill in First name, Last name, Phone number, Username and Password. Your email is fixed to the invited address, and the password must meet the password rules.
3. Click Create account. You join in the same step, with no separate registration or email verification.

After accepting

• The organisation appears on My Organisations (main menu, Organisations).
• You see every plant it can reach at Viewer level, and receive their notifications. Changing anything is given to you separately by an admin.
• If the invitation was ticked as org admin, you can open the Admin page and you hold the organisation's own level on its plants.

Common errors

• This invitation has expired. The 48 hours ran out, or it was revoked.
• This invitation has already been used. Each link works once. Just sign in.
• Invalid Token! Do not copy this link. or Invalid Invitation link! The link is incomplete. Open it from the email.
• Username ... exists. Please try another name.
• Username is required!, Password is required!, First name is required!, Last name is required!

Check spam if nothing arrives. Replies to the email are not read: contact the person who invited you.
