My Organisations

Purpose

The My Organisations page lists the organisations you belong to. Org admins open the admin page of an organisation from it. For the concept, see What organisations are for.

Location

• List: Organisations in the menu, with the building icon.
• Admin page: the Admin button on the row, shown only to org admins and SolarMD staff.

Page Layout

Organisation List

• Organisation: the name of the organisation.
• Status: Active or Inactive.
• Member since: the date when you became a member.
• Empty list: You are not a member of any organisation yet.

Admin Page

The title is the name of the organisation.

• Members: a search box to add a person, then the member list. Each row has an Access link, Make admin or Revoke admin, and a remove button.
• Invitations: a form to invite by email, and the sent invitations with Resend and Revoke.
• Delegation: where an org admin gives one member more than Viewer, or a device capability.
• Org grants: the plants of the organisation, its level on each, and a Revoke button.
• Notifications: the default notification settings for all members. Each member can change these settings for their own account.

Tips

• Empty list: you are not a member at this time. An invitation counts only after you accept it.
• Leave an organisation: tell an org admin to remove you on the Members tab. Your access in your own name stays.
• New plants: you give an organisation access to a plant on the Access tab of the plant, not here.
