My Organisations

Where to find it

Main menu on the left, Organisations (the building icon). The list shows only organisations you are a member of, so it may be empty.

Each row shows the Organisation name, its Status (Active or Inactive) and Member since. An inactive organisation is switched off by SolarMD and gives its members nothing. Admin appears only on organisations you may manage.

The organisation admin page

• Members: everyone in the organisation, with an Admin or Member badge and a link to where their access comes from. Add people, make or revoke admins, remove people.
• Invitations: send email invitations and track them. See Invite someone to your organisation.
• Delegation: give one member more than the Viewer floor on a plant, or a device capability. See What your organisation can give its team.
• Org grants: the plants this organisation reaches, the level it holds on each, and a Revoke action. This is the ceiling on everything it can hand out.
• Notifications: the default notification settings every member starts from.

Tips

Membership alone is enough to see the organisation's plants; you do not need a personal grant on each one. An empty list usually means you were invited but have not accepted. Leaving is done by an admin from Members, and your personal plant access is kept.
