The Access page

Purpose

The Access page shows each plant that one account can open, and the source of each access. It changes no access.

My access: the menu of your name in the top bar.
Another user: Advanced User, then User List, then Access on the row of that user. Only user admins and administrators can open it.
Organisation member: the Members tab of the organisation, then Access. Only organisation admins can open it, and it shows only the plants of the organisation.

Current Access: the tab that lists the plants and where each access comes from.
Access Requests: the tab where you send an access request for a plant. On your own page only.
Counters: the totals for plants, Routine, Needs attention and Not tied to a plant.
By plant: one row for each plant. Click a row to see its sources.
By source: one row for each source.
Export CSV: downloads the source rows that the filter shows.
Added: who added the access, and when.
Plant status: Routine or Needs attention, with an Owner pill when the account is the registered owner.
Source status: Active, Mirrored or No mirror, or why the source gives nothing, for example [organisation] no longer holds this plant.
Not tied to a plant: memberships, platform-wide grants, supervisor links and API tokens.
Plain view: what you see on your own page if you have no admin role: one row for each source, with no Added or Status column.

Personal grant: a row in the name of the account.
Delegated by [organisation]: a level that an admin of the organisation gave. It shows the level that the account has at this time. This level is not more than the level of the organisation on the plant. The access ends when the person leaves the organisation. It also ends when the organisation no longer has the plant.
Grant via [organisation]: access through an organisation row. The label shows the level of the row, but only organisation admins get that level. Other members get Viewer.
Device share (legacy), Plant share (legacy): shares from the legacy share system.

A plant with two sources shows two times in By source. To remove the access, remove the two sources.
If the account has 10 or more plants and one needs attention, the list opens on Needs attention. Click All to see all rows.
