Using the app

What the app is

The myPower24 app shows your site on your phone: live power, your devices, alerts and settings.

The four tabs

A bar along the bottom holds four tabs, in this order:

• Home - live energy and history charts.
• Devices - the equipment on your logger.
• Notifications - alerts and messages. The tab carries a badge with your unread count.
• Settings - your account, appearance, security and notification settings.

Getting around

• Switch plant - on Home and Devices, tap the plant card at the top. The Switch plant sheet opens, with a search box that matches on plant name, plant code or logger serial.
• Go back - screens that open on top of a tab, such as a device page, have a back arrow in the top-left.

Signing in

Enter your username and password, then tap Sign In. Tick Remember me to stay signed in. If your phone has a fingerprint or face sensor, you can unlock with that next time instead of typing your password.

Getting help

The app carries What's new (its own changelog) and the Privacy Policy, both under Settings → Legal & Support. This knowledge base is on the myPower24 website; the app does not link to it.
