Using the app
Purpose
The myPower24 app shows your plants on your phone: live power, devices, notifications and settings.

Location
- Tab bar: along the bottom of the app.
Page Layout
Tabs
- Home: shows live power and history charts.
- Devices: lists the equipment on the logger.
- Notifications: lists your alerts and messages. A badge shows the number of unread notifications.
- Settings: holds your account, the app settings and the notification settings.
Switch Plant
Tap the plant card at the top of the Home tab or the Devices tab to open Switch plant.
- Search box: finds a plant by its name, plant code or logger serial.
- Sections: My plants, then one section for each organisation.
- Plant row: shows an online dot, the plant code, when the logger was last seen, and your access level.
- Access level: Full control, Installer, Editor or Viewer.
Sign In
- Type your username and password.
- Keep Remember me selected to stay signed in.
- Tap Sign In.
If the app has your session, it shows Welcome back. Tap Unlock, then use your fingerprint or face.
Tips
- Settings, Help & guides opens this knowledge base in the app.
- Scan the QR code on a logger with the phone camera to open its plant page. The plant must be on your account.
- To remove a plant from your account, touch and hold its row in My plants.
