Notifications screen
What it shows
Notifications is your feed of alerts, newest first, in five categories: Logger offline, Device fault, Device warning, Logger system and Account / access. Unread entries are marked, the tab itself carries a badge with the unread count, and more load as you scroll.
Reading and filtering
- Switch between All and Unread, which shows the count alongside.
- All types and All plants chips narrow the list. Each appears only when there is more than one value to pick from.
- Tap an entry to open its detail, which also marks it read. Where the alert belongs to a plant, the detail carries a View plant button that opens the device itself when the alert names one.
- Mark all read sits at the top right while anything is unread.
Pull down to refresh. With nothing to show the screen reads No notifications yet., or No notifications match your filters. when a filter is on.
Choosing what you are notified about
Tap the settings icon at the top right to open Notification settings. It offers the same categories and the same three channels as the website: Email, In-app bell and Push. Set them for one plant under Plant overrides, for all your plants under Your global settings, or leave them on your organisation's defaults. A change made here shows on the website, and the other way round. This device at the top covers the phone's own push permission, which the website has no equivalent for.
For the full breakdown of categories and settings, see the Notifications section of this knowledge base.
