PV Real-Time Data

Purpose

PV Real-Time Data is a live tile that shows the power, the voltage and the current of one MPPT. An MPPT is the inverter input for one group of PV panels.

Location

1. On the Dashboard, click the pencil to start edit mode.
2. Click Add New Widget.
3. Search for PV Real-Time Data.
4. Click Add Widget.

Display

• Header: shows the serial number of the inverter and the MPPT number.
• Power: shows the MPPT power in W, or in kW from 1000 W.
• Voltage: shows the MPPT voltage in V.
• Current: shows one current in A for each PV input of the MPPT.
• Trend: shows the last 30 power readings as a line.
• String Health dots: show one dot for each PV input: green for OK, amber for Weak, red for Dead or Wiring, grey for other. Put the cursor on a dot to see the status.
• No data: the tile shows No Device Data.

Settings

The spanner icon on the tile opens these settings.

• Select Device MPPT: the serial numbers of the PV devices, each with MPPT 1, MPPT 2 and more. The default is the first MPPT of the first device.
• Display Options: Show Power Metric, Show Voltage Metric and Show Current Metric. All three are on by default.

Tips

• If the logger does not send String Health, the tile shows no dots.
• For the history of a day, use PV MPPT History.
