Grid Flow Chart

Purpose

Grid Flow Chart is a pie chart that shows the grid import and the grid export for a day, a month or a year. For the battery, use Battery Flow Chart.

Location

1. On the Dashboard, click the pencil to start edit mode.
2. Click Add New Widget.
3. Search for Grid Flow Chart.
4. Click Add Widget.

Display

• Grid Import: the dark red slice shows the energy from the grid.
• Grid Export: the light red slice shows the energy to the grid.
• Small values: if a value is less than 100 Wh, the chart does not show its slice.
• Labels: each slice shows its name and its energy in kWh, or in MWh for large values. The chart has no legend.
• Tooltip: shows the energy of a slice.
• Subtitle: shows the period, Daily, Month or Year.
• Period buttons: D, M and Y show a day, a month or a year.
• Date picker: the arrows move one period back or forward, and a click on the date opens a calendar. You cannot pick a future date.
• Dashboard date control: the chart follows the date in the Dashboard top bar.
• No data: if the period has no readings, or if the two values are less than 100 Wh, the chart shows No Data For Selected Date.

Settings

The spanner icon on the tile opens these settings.

• Data Period: Daily, Monthly or Yearly, the same as the period buttons. The default is Daily.
• Title: the name on the tile. The default is Grid Flow.
