Grid Power

What it shows

A live tile with the power at your utility grid connection right now, and the direction it is flowing. The value updates on its own as new readings arrive.

Where to find it

Open Dashboard, click the pencil in the dashboard top bar to enter edit mode, click Add New Widget, search the picker for Grid Power, then click Add Widget.

Reading it

The tile shows one figure, in kW or kVA, with a sign that tells you the direction:

• Positive - you are importing, drawing power from the grid.
• Negative - you are exporting, sending power back to the grid.

Settings

Open the spanner icon on the tile for one option:

• Value Display - W (real power) or VA (apparent power). Starts on W.

For the same reading with a percentage of your connection's rated capacity, use Grid Power Detailed.
